DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Sometimes you just want to blow steam. You then need a workout that will work your entire body and leave you feeling so empty that all that's left inside you is peace. Hard Mode is a workout that totally lives up to the promise of its name. As a difficulty level V workout it's not suitable for beginners but that doesn't mean you shouldn't have it in your horizon as your strength and fitness levels improve. And for more advanced fitness practitioners, you really, really need to try this one full blast, at least once. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
