DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
If you were to explore new ground, find uncharted lands and enjoy fresh, new adventures you'd need to be fully coordinated, in charge of your body and your destiny with your lower and upper body in perfect sync. The Explorer workout is a step into this direction. It won't deplete your energy reserves and you should, perhaps, add EC.
