Strong tendons enable your muscles to release more energy making you faster, stronger and more powerful. Boxer Tendon Strength will help you achieve that but form here is very specific: Keep the plank during the first sequence. Tense you arms, shoulders, chest and abs and keep them tensed as you execute the second sequence and the last two exercises in the third. Use all the strength you have when you tense.
