The Baseline program is a starter program for anyone who is just beginning their fitness journey or is coming back to fitness after a long period of time. It’s designed to get you moving and prime your body for more intense workouts in the future.
The moves in this program are basic and may not look like much but the workouts are deceptively challenging and effective. All exercises in this program are standing exercises, there are no planks or push-ups and all routines in this program are easy on your knees and are low impact.
Additional Instructions: You can use a wall to hold on to for balance instead of a chair, when appropriate.
